The Cliff Weligama reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone without providing specific reasons. We aim to create a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all our guests.

To maintain the elegant and respectful ambiance of our establishment, we kindly ask guests to dress accordingly. Swimwear, beachwear, and overly casual attire are not permitted. We reserve the right to deny entry or request guests to adjust their attire if it does not align with our dress code.

For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask guests to leave helmets in the parking area before entering the premises.

All guests are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to other guests, staff, and the property. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the premises.

Persons under the age of 18 may be restricted from certain areas or events, especially where alcohol is served, unless accompanied by a guardian or adult.

The use of professional camera equipment or filming for commercial purposes is prohibited unless prior written consent has been obtained from The Cliff Weligama management.

The Cliff Weligama is situated near natural hazards, including cliff edges. Designated pathways and viewing areas are provided for the safety of our guests. Venturing beyond these designated areas or any barriers is strictly prohibited. Parents and guardians are solely responsible for supervising their children at all times and ensuring they do not access unsafe areas.

By entering The Cliff Weligama, guests acknowledge the natural risks present due to the location and agree that they are entering at their own risk. The Cliff Weligama shall not be held responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from guests' actions, especially if they disregard safety warnings or venture into restricted areas.

The Cliff Weligama is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. Guests are advised to keep their belongings with them at all times.

Guests must drink responsibly. The Cliff Weligama reserves the right to cease serving alcohol to any guest deemed intoxicated and may ask them to leave the premises.

Guests are requested to respect the natural surroundings of The Cliff Weligama. Disposing of waste improperly or causing any harm to the environment or wildlife may result in immediate removal and possible legal actions.

As partners of the local community, we encourage our guests to interact with respect and empathy towards local residents and practices.

The Cliff Weligama reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Guests may be subject to health checks, such as temperature scans, based on prevailing health guidelines. Any guest showing symptoms of illness may be asked to leave or seek medical attention.

We operate a reservations-only policy. While we will try our best to accommodate walk-ins, we cannot guarantee seating. We highly recommend making prior reservations. Reservations will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes and then released. The time limit per reservation is 2 hours

We operate a minimum spend of 5,000 LKR per person at the Terrace and 10,000 LKR per person at the Lawn

All bills must be settled before leaving the premises. We accept the payment methods displayed at our counters and on our menus.

We value feedback and encourage our guests to share their experiences. Any concerns or complaints should be addressed with management promptly.

Pets are not allowed within the premises to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, as well as to maintain hygiene and allergy considerations.

Guests are not permitted to bring outside food and beverages into the venue to ensure food safety and to comply with health regulations

Security reserves the right to check all bags before and after entering the venue to ensure the safety and security of all guests.

No personal speakers or loud phone music is permitted to maintain a pleasant environment for all guests.

Tables and chairs should not be shifted to respect the layout and safety of the venue and our guests.

To ensure a peaceful and pleasant dining atmosphere for all our guests, movement between the Terrace and the Lawn is not permitted for photography or any other reason. Guests are kindly requested to remain in their selected area throughout their visit.
